Jagex stooped very low

Indeed, that is an excellent point which is commonly overlooked. They have what, 450 staff or whatever it is, and probably around 50% are customer support, and then fewer of that percentage deal with appeals. This is a handful of people to deal with millions of appeals.

i don't know why somobody would report you for calling a penguin a jew it just frustrates me when people report you for like starring i remember jagex sayd please don't report people for offensive language if the filers have done there job yet they still give you offenses when they do i don't get it

Well, once I was training at Rock Crabs and this guy was bothering me and I said "Be Quiet, Whiteboy" and I got muted. JaGex is very very dumb sometimes.

They omfg, and swear part isn't what got you, it's the Jew part. JaGEx responds very harshly to anything racist. This doesn't mean they stooped low.

It can be considered racism if there is derogatory intent. Its nigh impossible for Jagex to comprehend how much intent there is in each case, which is why they mute people at an instance.

 

If i were you, I'd be mad as hell because of misinterpretation and Jagex=fails
But from Jagex' point of view..I can see why they'd do that.
