long story short:
Braught this account on 20th april and was recovered on the 19th of may. then owned up to lying to me the whole time claiming to not be the origonal owner and the original owner was a dutch man, pointed out the in-game name was changed to dirty diapers or something in dutch (also said he knows owner personally and he has a new born baby...) he messaged me on 19th so i checked if the account was still in my control because i havent been on it in like a week and had a authenticator message then he tried to help recover and kept getting denied.
After I gave him the benifit of the doubt to recover the account without a scam report made on him because his good reputation I waited like 3 days to report. I reported him on the other site we used where he is a moderator on selling mobile game services.

been nearly 1 month now and his finally got control of the account and wont give me refund or anything or even tell me if items are still on the account, all he said there is new information and he wants his admins to check it. the other website are taking to long to resolve this and im so over waiting lol.

i have no reason to try pull scam him like he thinks im doing, i legit braught this account so i can enjoy pvming and getting drops i also recieved hydra claw and bandos chest plate on it lol.

im happy to supply more information or anything needed. thanks.

(i should of known it was to good to be true in first place but all his storys leading upto buying convinced me he was legit lol)

This person was very unhelpful in the matter so i suggested opening up a dispute and let the Admin team handle it as he did not want to help in this matter nor listen to anything that was asked, He just kept abusing myself and threating myself and my business so i advised him to open a dispute in order for the Admins to handle it.

There are a lot of unanswered questions still regarding this, Things this user stated has not being adding up so this matter is still under review with the other site owner and I am happy to provide staff any information they require.

The admins got back to me on the other side trying to claim I did recover it and 25%refund offered but I have no reason to recover this dudes fucking me

 

I will post screenshots when I get home from work bro, his trying to say I dropped half the items off and stuff like why would I do that? To help him resell account after it's all over? His full of lies lol

Sorry for the delayed response @Pirate , i rarely come on Sythe.
@Agile life informed me that you had responded to this report.

This issue was being handled off site on EpicNPC because that's where King decided to open the dispute.
He was unhappy with the Admins wanting every bit of information to find out what actually happened to the account, Weather the O/O did in fact recover the account or King was trying to pull a hack scam on me.
Thus far the Admins have come to a decision based on what they think is the right thing. King was not happy with this decision so he opened a dispute here also.

The dispute ended up being closed due to the information they required from both parties no-one has responded in almost a week i believe. The dispute was then handled in the PM's as King kept opening up new disputes. Then it was handled by the Owner of the site. I am happy to disclose information with you in private due to the fact is has personal information shared in there.

This is not what happened at all, if possible i would like to request the video he has sent you or please compare them with ones used in the dispute on the other page(I will send them Via PM). Also, King has now also changed his discord.
I had contacted him regarding a failed password reset email regarding the account. As it had the same Email address on the account when i owned it. I deleted in because it did not seem like the usual Jagex email they send out and with all these phishing emails going around i did not want to take any chances.
To be on the safe side i had contacted him to ask if the account was alright. His response was followed -

"Wiggin Out" was his old discord name, he has now changed it to "4740". Sending you video and screen shot proof via PM's.

Also wish to state @Agile life helped with trying to recover the account and can confirm the details of the account and that King has lied multiple times, and also confirm that all details in the recovery attempts that were used was all correct.

I have PM'd you video and screenshot proof of whats been happening.

The email that was registered was in King possession. He had his own email account linked to it.
When he wished to get a refund for the account i requested a recovery reset to see if the account was still linked in his name -

After he had requested the refund and informed me that he had no changed the login details since i first gave him the account, Once i tried to login using those details it required an auth and said the details were incorrect. I then checked the recovery test again to see which email address was linked and it was instantly changed.

This person also states that he had major trust issues after his friend of 5 years scammed him an elly. -

Why would someone with these major trust issues leave the account details the same? It does not make sense.

Lied? If your talking about where I didn't open the boss folder when I was helping with screenshots that was a honest mistake I didn't check the dates on it, only in valuable drops, you cannot still call me a liar after everything you said is a lie on discord lol

 

And if I had major trust issues I wouldn't of went first in a 900m trade without a mm, I believed all your shit talk that made me trust you untill the account was recovered lol..??????

 

And as I've stated to pirate I would of taken your refund when you offered if I didn't want the account, why would I waste 1 month arguing with a scammer over something that could of been resolved in 5 minutes if I didn't want it? None of your bullshit makes sense lol

 

You even told me you weren't going to refund untill you got to the bottom of it but once the admin says return 75% back your more then happy to lol? We haven't got to the bottom of it because your a liar, or the original owner is lying to you.
