check item databse of any site. there a construction item you can build but also get from clue. no idea why its worth 1.2mil

 

They're construction items (tables) that you get from clue scrolls (either lv2 or lv3). They're IMPOSSIBLE to sell. They were 300K when they came out, crashed under 100K and now they're somehow 1M or some shit. They're going to crash again.
