Need guidance towards starting a bot farm - OSRS

Hey Sythe,

I come here today to looks for experienced members in the OSRS botting scene.

Myself wants to become a gold farmer, but don't know the ins and outs of the process such as / bans.

My questions:
-How often are bans?
-Do chain bans occur?
-Are other scripts more dangerous to use then others?
-What bot is frequently used and which is best for Gold farming?

Pricing on scripts don't bother me, as long as it's worth the money over the expanded time of use.

more often if you use scripts that other people are also using. custom scripts that only you have are the most effective. I received a ban after 3 months of botting and after that bans came a lot faster, I think this is because they logged my IP so running bots on VPN is a good idea.
-Do chain bans occur?
Not sure, havn't had a full farm
-Are other scripts more dangerous to use then others?
yes, popular scripts are dangerous. Not sure if this is true but my understanding is that the anti-bot algorithm looks for multiple accounts doing similar actions to determine if they are a bot.
-What bot is frequently used and which is best for Gold farming?
Pretty sure you need a niche, anything that someone else suggests is going to be saturated.

My friend is a bot farmer and he had to be constantly purchasing new accounts because he would lose at least a few each day.


I have a method of running multiple virtual machines with ubuntu and a bot. I think about 30 can run at the same time for FREE. I sell this method because I really don't want it to be saturated and taken away.

I have a lot to learn if I decided to start a bot farm and the last thing I would want is to screw myself over in the end with nothing to gain.

I don't know much about botting these days, but yea..Private scripts are best way to avoid quick ban. I prefer to buy custom made script that's made just for you.

Question of the day: Zulrah bot worth using?

 

1. Proxy/VPNs
2. Private scripts
3. Make sure to unload profits often
4. You will be banned

With my experience, doing/knowing these four things will help.

 

If you get VPNs - only get VPNs from trusted sources, otherwise you will end up with flagged reused IPS.

Private scripts help a ton - don't be afraid to invest into a good script.

Muling is always worth it, even if you'd have to pay extra to integrate autoMule into a script. Never mule on an account under 30 cb, those get banned for rwt much more often.

Don't use any ''premium'' or ''free'' scripts anywhere, as that will get banned like 10x more often.

Always be ahead of jagex - stock up on extra accounts, don't just run 25 accounts at hte same time, if you have 25, run 15, have 10 ready in case the others gets banned.

Don't expect to make thousands off rip, if you manage to bring in STEADY profit of even 200$/month at the beginning you're doing great. One of my mistakes was that I expected to be making bank at the beginning and burned through dozens of accounts that way at a loss. But I guess trial and error..

If you have even minimal knowledge of java/scripting, change up the scripts you run for different bots if you're using VDS, even minimally. Helped me avoid a lot of bans.

If account gets a 2 day, don't bot on him after that. It's just throwing away money. Get wealth off it and look to sell to somebody that wants to buy those kind of accounts, obviously inform them of the 2 day recent ban, etc.

Zulrah's bot is not worth running unless you have a custom anti-ban, great script, and a ton of money to invest. Suicide botting is much more prevalent, something low req, that's not botted often is ideal, but besides that just run an AIO script with hundreds of accounts and get that bread. If you manage to have a good script, a stable source of income to cover for losses, you can try your hand at Zulrah, but even then there are better things to do to be honest. zulrah botting is heavily overrated.
