vector?

i think i understand them now just want to know if im on the right track lol, im gonna attempt to do the whole girl in vector tomorrow..

heres what i did (not done!) just my first time trying to understand it, it will be better when i do the whole girl

They can take immense amounts of time...I did one then never tried again.

 

Is it the thing that changes colour?

 

yeah i know take usualy 5hours + if you do a good job

 

I normally dont vector straight over the pic. I have the original pic in a layer and then I use the pen tool to go around what ever I'm doing. Then I lower the opacity to see if its lined up correct. That way you can always check back and see more details and add them.

But yeah looks like your getting it. I just started making vectors too. I'm about to post mine in a few minutes.

Um, what are you talking about? You just colored over the bathing suit, that isn't a vector. Post the final product or nothing at all, I don't think people really care where you are halfway through.
