You can try yaks. They're pretty good exp. Experimentals are not bad too.

bandits are pretty good for your stats atm the ones in houses just wear all that gear with god item and bring noted lobsters and unoted sell to store and buy back and afk and watch movies you will level pretty fast once higher str move onto different methods.

I find the bandits a bit too high leveled for serious training and im lvl 100 cb. I suggest training in the Stronghold of Security, Floor of Disease (sickish green one), giant spiders, specifically the one in a little room that has nothing but spiders. Sure you have to run out one in a while to make them aggressive again, but they hit less.

Either pest control, or go onto yaks. They're the best exp for your levels, I'd say.

I would highly advise you training on Giant Spiders just as Xtreme Geek mentioned. You can bring the gear you are wearing.

    Pot based Training:
    - 4 Attack potions/Super
    - 4 Strength potions/Super
    - Rest Food(Salmon or above suggested for longer training)

    Method:
Obvious, just pot and stay in the middle of the room.

    Dragon Battle axe:
    - 5 Attack Pots
    - 4 Restore Pots
    - Dragon battle axe
    - Food

    Method:
Dragon battle axe special, then you may drink a sip of restore pot, and then drink an attack potion. This method can be slightly cheaper replacing restores for just attack potions, but your other stats such as defence will still be lowered.

    Yaks:
If you are highly sceptical of you dieing. I recommend Yaks. Yaks are low lvled(22 combat I believe) they have very low defence, and attack and have 50 hitpoints. They respawn very fast. You need to start Fremennik Isles to have access to Neitzoit. You may have competiton during the time you train.

Go train at Experiments, they are absolutely amazing for XP at your level. Your other options, are PC or Rock Crabs. Experiment and see what works for you.

I have 3 main spots i like to train, experiments, rock crabs, and giant spiders, all were mentioned above, but personally i think that those would be the best for you, or maybe even bandits with def bonus and noted food
