    Question for the adults

Do you find growing up hard, i mean when you graduated high school and started college. I myself found it hard because i spent a shitload of money using credit cards and then ended up in a pile of debt. I always thought life would be easy but in college none of the teachers care for you and think of all students as naive. Is this what growing up brings with it? A ton of work and responsibilitys that you werent faced with when younger.

Same, I wish I could hurry up and get older, I already know what I want in life... Growing up for me is going to be easy, sure the bills are a pain in the ass... But thats just a responsibility you get with growing up. I can't wait ha.

    Question for the adults

Lol yeah man in college teachers don't even interact with you or even know your name. I know quite a few people in college and they all say the teacher part sucks but the freedom is awesome.

You shouldn't even be using a credit card unless you have to.. Use a Charge Card and start saving. Life sucks, but it's gotta be done.

    Question for the adults

I'm 55 man, and let me tell you, it never gets easy. I suppose most of us would refer to it as life's challenges. You need to be careful, if something is to easy or is handed to you, watch out because it can't be right and/or legal.

    Question for the adults

As ignorant you are for asking that, for the average person. Yes, 18 is an adult, as for you however, asking and being 18. No. It's not.

I thought it was blatantly obvious that I wasn't 55, but whatever :D. Haha DDoS got it. There's really nothing we can do, when life throws us a problem try and solve it and move onto the next phase of this labyrinth we call life.

    Question for the adults

Never use credit cards. They will only drive you deaper into debt. Insted use a debit card. I will take money dirrectly from your checking account. You cant go into debt, but you can run out of money.

Step 4 - Invest 15% of household income into Roth IRAs and pre-tax retirement.

One of the best financial feelings I can remember was when I first saw some real growth in my savings. When I was younger, $10 represented over 2 hours work for me. Then one month, after I had been saving for several months, I looked at my bank statement. I had earned over $10 in interest. My money was working for me! Nowadays, $10 doesn’t seem as much to me, but the concept remains the same. You need your money to work for you if you are ever going to be financially free. Saving for your retirement in tax advantaged accounts is the best way to make progress for long term savings.

Dave Ramsey recommends investing 15% of your household income (or more if you can afford it) into Roth IRAs and pre-tax retirement accounts. I agree with Dave, Roth IRAs are better than Traditional IRAs. If you are considering a pre-tax account, your options are generally a Traditional IRA or a 401(k), or equivalent. Whether you choose a 401(k) or IRA will depend on your situation.

^^ great way to make money tax free. Do that for the next 30 years and you will be a millionare.

    Question for the adults

You have to think though, A LOT of adults actually agree that they miss there teenage years. Not talking about old people, like 38-45 year old people would probably wish they were still young. Responsibilities are a part of life, some people cant handle that, and that's why they're on the street.

    Question for the adults

Growing up necessarily means a shitload of work and responsibilities, just possibly more of them. Everyone's situation will be different, some facing debt and lazy teachers and others with little to no change in workload of responsibilities. In the end, we all learn to live with it.
