Stolen account denies no matter what?

any ideas? Jagex keeps denying, however I give them first passes, even the first recoveries used, semi-old tx id.. and they still say I am missing _everything_. They have accepted this before, but now they aren't?

Yeah, they ask for the old passes, recoveries, creation date etc even though I gave them them. I do not know the current recovs on the account (if you really need to know that story then ask).
The only thing I'm not 100% sure about is the creation date, but I even put in the extra info that I don't remember EXACT date the account was created. Though I gave them country/postcode where the account was created at. :|

 

Put something extravagent in the comment box..like i was fighting in the war over seas and was gone for a year or so, and i came back to find my account hacked. It just worked for me ^.^

 

Yeah mate I really feel for you. Since they released the new recovery system its a pain in the backside. The old trick of just constant account recovery appeals works. Eventually they will give in. Just keep trying. Good luck.

yeah, I had to do that when they locked the account (a while back), total pain in the ass true, but it worked to get me unlocked.. just this is kind of too much.

 

I had to appeal 3 times and on the third one, on the comment, I put "I know I''m the onnly person appealing for this account, so why don't you stop wasting both of our times and give me my account back, since I am the only person requesting the account."

And it wooorked lol

 

Neither Kanoshen's or TJ's suggestions worked :/ I guess I'll just have to keep doing it until they accept.

Man good luck trying to get back, keep trying to recover sooner or later they willgive in. Make up some bs like what the other guys said...You were in a war fighting macros and returned to find your account hacked.Rofl

You couldnt have tried my suggestion, it takes AT LEAST a week

 

Put in xtra information as you can see this is the IP i made the account on and i have been playing the account on this IP for a long time.

Also, make sure you supply as much information as you can.

 

well, i got perm banned for rule 7 and i wrote sum crazy story about my mom hacking my account and it automatically locked my account, i click "recover a stolen/locked acc" and i had no recovs, never been mem, and it worked.
the accounts appeal got denied and i still got a last chance, help would be appreciated.

Three appeals doesn't take a week? If your suggestion as in where you did it three times.
But, I have been doing this for AT LEAST a week , doing it a lot each day.

Everything's filled out besides current recoveries, and correctly by the way, so I think that'd be enough information..? meh


Obby_Maul: Yeah, this account was locked a while before all of this, and the same info got it accepted. So, shouldn't they be accepting the stolen account? As both you have to prove you are the original owner.

 

My suggestion to you after reading this whole thread would be, just keep trying. Thats all you can do. Contact customer support and tell them this problem on another account, and complain.

 

I would just keep sending in appeals. One of my pures took 2 weeks and 4 appeals. Good luck getting back, and be patient.

 

2 weeks? how long did each of yours take..? jagex seems to deny mine in about an hour, sometimes less.
