Jagex stooped very low

i got reported for rule 1, and it was denied after i tried to appeal
i was penguin hunting in world 60, i FOUND the wild penguin that took us over 2 hours to find, and someone reports me, i fail to see how this is reportable...

 

Jagex must think calling someone a Jew is bad but I don't get how that made them "stopped" very low.

Jagex are fags. I think they noticed my 15+ a day accounts being recovered even if I have the right info they will reject it. I've tried it many times and with a proxy it only gives me wrong creation . FAGS JAGEX.

That is sad BTW. I feal for you. If I get one of the level 80's i'm trying to recover, you can have one .

I've been banned/muted quite a lot time for no reason :S

 

They mute for talking about religion my friend was muted for discussing christianity actually.

 

Coming from someone who is on their last chance and has 10/10 black marks with 6 offences for bad langauge, Jagex will mute you for anything discussing religion, and race. IF you say do Mexicans have computers? bam you get muted
they mute for everything

I cannot see why you are whining.Using the word 'Jew' in the offensive context that you were using it is classed as offensive language and I think that you are quite right to have been punished.In the way you said it, it is classed as racial abuse and is a reportable offence. If you dont like it then the solution is not to say anything in-game that could have an interpretation as racial abuse.

If you specifically read what he said, it clearly states, "What a little Jew". If you heard that phrase, how on God's earth would you ever relate that to a penguin. Yes, it may have been taken out of context, but its a sorry sight to see so many sythe users simple abuse Jagex for muting someone that used derogatory language to a religious group.

They definitely have enough evidence to mute you. Yes, it may have been harsh, but then why refer to a penguin as a Jew?

Well you can look at this two ways. One from Disterbia's point of view: That their over reacting for something that really isn't that big of deal, or you can look at it from the point of he deserved it. Technically yes, rule one does cover racism and yes that remark was racist even though it was directed towards a fictional penguin in a video game so you did somewhat deserve it, however if you already have black marks then you should know the rules because anyone who got black marks would probably be like wtf lemme go read all the rules, so in a way jagex is correct yet over reacting at the same time. I can't however say I blame them. They have millions of online gamers to worry about, they need to show that their not afraid to enforce their rules.
