PayPal help please =[

Hey, im 18 and I need a paypal account, I dont have a bank, or a credit card.

Is it possible to make legit transactions after making an account with no bank or credit card? also...

should I apply for the "paypal Plus credit card" (available to USA citizens only)

I need to know because I have no one else to tell me :embar:

 

you dont have to add your bank account to use paypal you do have to add credit card debit card or pre paid card to use tho, i suggest getting it bank funded tho most legit people only take bank funded.
