embedding a clock

i own michael's awesome firecapes and to help people understand more when their capes will be done i need to embed a clock of est and i would like the date also anyone got any way for me to do that?

Sorry, I thought you were making like a mini-website of your own for this. If you're looking to put this on Sythe, there's really no way to do it without the JavaScript.
