    remove the vector brush stuff, They do not fit.
    Other than that it's great.

    Wow, thats quite amazing maybe you should do things for people for money.

    I have to agree with haunted though the vector brushes on the border aren't working for me.

    Great picture.

    But it's hard to see the details, and hard to see what is actually going on. Maybe make the dragon brighter/redder?

    Nice. As The Rising Tied said, it's hard to see the details. Maybe try working on this.
