I'm referring to what Death already posted. The screenshot he shared is when we agreed to drop it from the order. When I said my bad is when we agreed that I should not have included it in the original order not that it was already completed. He's trying to cherry pick the chat for an excuse to not provide the services agreed upon.

 

If recreating the order is over the top, then what seems fair to you? I feel cheated as I paid for a pure & it was agreed upon in the beginning & during the order that it would stay 1 defence.

 

he did warn me. then we agreed it wasn't necessary. then two months later the quest was done anyway to cover up the spirits of elid mistake.

 

the notepad is not relevant, but for what it's worth on the notepad the explorers ring 2 says that it can't be done. after he told me that I told him that it was my bad for including that in the original order & that just completing the explorers ring 1 would suffice.

 

nature spirit/fairytale part 1/ explorers ring 2 is marked not able to do.

I say my bad just do explorers ring 1 then.

the fact that I'm being treated like the bad guy for not telling death that he cannot train defence on a 1 defence pure is absurd because here's the deal: I did tell him that he couldn't train defence & he did anyway.

 

it was agreed upon that the account would stay 1 def both before the order and all throughout the process as well. I also included screenshots of every single message we exchanged proving this.

 

@chaserlemon why you showing half ass proof?

are you even lazy to upload the proof that you just went to copy my proof and flip it around? he even asking you about Nature spirit with you only showing 5-02-2020. but you don't show the whole proof from 5-2-2020.

with mean you already knew that the defense was lvl 13 because when nature spirit slip I told you the 05-02-2020. so don't try to twist the true with more lies .

Your language of "another quest slip by for a diary you wanted" & my acknowledging of that most definitely does not mean that I had knowledge of the 13 defence on the account. Just because you noticed that a quest would give defence xp doesn't mean that you leveled it by completing the quest. Especially because in that same message you included a note of "everything that is completed so far on the account" and sent the same note as the account progressed without ever including the fact that a defence leveling quest had been completed. This is a straight up scam, & I hope staff can see that you are both trying to deceive them & myself.

The defence level on the account was 1 until a couple weeks ago. It was leveled by spirit of elid & then you went back to do nature spirit in an attempt to cover it up. You can tell by your language in the screenshot that it was caught by your operator that nature spirit would level defence, so you reached out to me to figure out how to proceed. Plus, I checked the hiscores all throughout the order to see that it was still 1 defence until well after you warned nature spirit was required for explorer's ring 2. This is ridiculous. The order was for a 1 defence pure with the reqs sent over. If the reqs sent over leveled the account over 1 defence then obviously they weren't to be included because the order was for an account with 1 defence which you confirmed in the discord thread.

 

The proof is there that Death is trying to scam me out of my 1 def pure after he made a mistake on the order. While I should have more thoroughly checked the specifications that does not absolve him of his responsibility of providing the service because the specifications were corrected before they had any negative impact on the order. The order was for a 1 defence account. If there was defence leveled then he should be responsible for a full refund or remaking the account to the agreed upon specifications.

 

the fact that I was told that the explorers ring 2 was "not able to do" because it would level defense for the entirety of the order until 2 months after death supposedly told me he already completed nature spirit should be enough evidence to back my claims that he's totally fabricating this story. honestly getting frustrated with staff at this point because the order with death was already behind schedule & this is a clear cut case that is taking weeks to resolve. If explorers ring 2 was unable to be completed because it would level defense then that proves that nature spirit and fairytale were completed in order to cover up the spirit of elid mistake.
