Explain the service: 1 def account creation from basically scratch
Amount scammed: $250 for entire order. $65 still in escrow with middleman.

the account was clearly supposed to stay 1 defence. we discussed the terms, & when defence was accidentally trained by Death & his operator I was blamed because of oversight in the original request that was corrected ahead of time. I am more than willing to provide anymore evidence necessary. Thanks.

Death is a scammer

 

The pictures show that Nature Spirit & Fairy Tale was done. The chat logs show where Death states his operator did them by mistake. Not sure how they are trying to play the victim here.

 

seen like Chaser didn't show picture of where I give him a warning that there are quests that give def exp. and I told him we going to try to avoid them otherwise the account would be more than lvl 14 of def.

to start of, this is the list he wanted us to do. need extra quested 1 def account as you see he want lvl 1 def but at the same time he handle quests that give def exp.

after we keep looking we avoided some of the quests that give exp but nature spirit slip by and the account ended with lvl 13 def. I told the guy of what happen and we keep going with the order.

he knew of this accident so he can't talk about it because he could have cancel the order and I could add up what was done and refund him for what was left but he say to keep going.



so far after that accident everything went fine.

then the problem arrive where I give him this update with the reason why we can't complete is because it give def exp (when attacking)+ prayer exp. I also want to add that I never have done spirit elid with a pickaxe since we always use either spear/axe/mace and the pickaxe/bow is to turn on the machine water thingy...

even though he say it doesn't matter if is not over 52 now he claiming this yesterday because another def lvl got lvl up and his prayer lvl also went up after that quest was done.


be aware that there others quests that give def exp and we try our best to not do it and checking every quest even though one slip by. and we shouldn't be checking the quests after he gave that list be... we not getting paid to watch for the quests. there others that only catch 1-2 quests with was observatory quests and some others, while we have to keep looking thru every quest. otherwise his def lvl would have be more than lvl 14.

I also want to point out when nature spirit was completed all he said was "mb"


I'm trying to put as much proof I can but the chat is long. if @Pirate want to join the ticket I will gladly add you to the ticket so you can see the whole chat is funny he only put those picture from private message but he doesn't dare to put this ones.

what funny is that he want to give us a new account but this time I bet he will update the list to avoid those quests to keep it at lvl 1 even though all he said was "mb" rofl.

Now, this account is not useless at all. because if he wanted 1 def and after that accident of nature spirit and all he said was "mb" he could have canceled the order and I would gladly have refund you.

at the end this account can be turned into a fine zerker with is near done to be a zerker too.

For what it's worth too Death has spoken to me in perfect English throughout the process as the screenshots can show, & idk what this broken English is now. I can't help but think that it is meant to confuse.

This is a fabricated story with no proof. There was never a reason to complete nature spirit. There was never an understanding after it was completed. I learned of its completion yesterday. I provided screenshots of literally every single bit of communication between Death and myself. They never "warned of defence xp". They told me that they couldn't do the Royal Trouble questline which I included in the original request thinking it could be done on 1 def but it can't because it requires defence quests. There was a similar conversation about the Fairytale questline. Both of these conversations took place before the account was quested. I made sure to time and time again reiterate that this was to remain a 1 defence account. That was before all of this & we agreed to just scrap the royal trouble & fairytale questlines from the order at no cost to Death.

There was only ever discussion of prayer being trained through quests only (namely spirit of elid). When Death told me that there was a diary that could not be completed (the desert diary) I told him that it was ok to train prayer through questing only because it should not be enough xp to get it past level 52.

This is a case of Death not wanting to own his & his operator's mistake of improperly training an account. I realize that they have worked on the account for the past 8 weeks, but it is literally all for nothing because the account is ruined with the defence xp that was agreed would never be there in the first place.

 

Nature split by because it was needed for that diary of yours.

@Pirate want to join the ticket? would be way better so people don't think am cutting the proof and just showing what is better for me? the MM/chaser/me and you will be the only one in the ticket.

 

We agreed ahead of time that it did not need to be completed. I screenshotted & posted the entire ticket above as proof of this.

 

am wondering who is the one trying to confuse the mods when all you did was post a chat with no proof at all. but don't worry I have put the mod in the ticket so he can check everything from what happen(I can put more mods in case you want). so in case you going to try to defend your self more with lies you can just quiet and re read your proof you posted because I don't even understand what you trying to say either.

 

The account is not completely useless, but the value is significantly less now that the defence is trained. As well as the defence being trained the order is really only close to 3/4ths of the way finished at this point as there are still quests and skills needed to complete. I did my research yes, but I clearly let the royal trouble and fairytale quests slip through as the diary doesn't specifically require them on the wiki but in reality that's the only way to complete the lumbridge one.

I honestly just wanted Death to provide an account with the agreed upon specs for the agreed upon price. While I realize there is already an account that has has work out into it, I also am out of the past 10 weeks that he was working as well. It seems to be fair to assume that he would need to provide the service on a new account.

 

I should say that while the order did originally have quests that would raise the defence the theme of the order was that it would be a 1 defence account & that was agreed upon & stickied in the ticket from the very beginning. We agreed to drop the defence leveling quests well before they were actually completed, so I don't understand how this is being thrown back on me.

 

when death said that another quest slipped by referring to nature spirit we again reiterated that defence would not be trained, so it was my understanding that the quest had not yet been completed. given the language I was under the impression that "another" meant there was an additional oversight that needed addressing. He failed to tell me that the defence level was trained for the entirety of the order even after assuring me that defence would not be trained.

 

when I say "things" I refer to the (services) he requested for.

 

the lumbridge diary needed nature spirit with is the quest that slip by. that quest gave 2k of def exp making the account into lvl 13 def.
after that since we never have done spirit lit for a pure my operator told me that the account will gain prayer and def exp and that't when I told him that the desert diary one can't be completed either.
we always have use others weapon to attack and the pickaxe or bow wasn't one because we use those two weapon to make work the mechanism.

 

I understand how you could think that, but look at the dates. we agreed to drop nature spirit right after the service was started. the defence wasn't leveled until much much later in the order.

 

I ordered and paid for a pure with the agreed upon specs. There was confusion on what could be completed and keep the accounts pure status. I accept responsibility for that confusion. that is why I handled it well before it became a problem. Death is trying to use that hiccup in the beginning of the order to mask his error now. the defence wasn't leveled until a couple of days ago as I tracked the account through the leaderboards all the time. this only came up this week. the only reason nature spirit was done was to cover up the mistake on spirit of the elid. the only reason it's an over the top request for him to recreate the account is because we technically both messed up, but im trying to show you that mine was rectified in the beginning & his mistakes never were.
