can any one help me recov account

well i lost my 124 main when i moved to the uk and it got locked and it wont succeed casue of sudden ip change i have all info!

WTF? If you have all the info then why can't you provide old IP from USA and then the new IP right now. It's not hard. Something sounds dodgy here if you ask me...

You need ISP provider not damn ip. Anyone can get your ip from anywhere -.-

 

Yeah just tell them you old ISP and i'm pretty sure you payed members (124 in f2p ) include all the p2p info.

 

maybe they make you needing more details for higher lvls?

 

Your not making it any easier. Try wording it better.

Ontopic: Try telling them you moved and tell em your isp and other things.

 

In the addditional information box, put your location info such as your old sate, city, and ISP.

 

Unlucky, you can't do much more else unless you logged in with the old IP

 

If you have any Irl from where you used to live maybe ask them to recover your account. try to supply and clearly explain you have moved your old ISP. Supply all that with membership details and you should be right. Good Luck

If you have all details, explain what happened in the extra information bit. If you have your old IP, you should be able to get it unlocked.
