Blasphemy?

This is obviously for people who believe in a "god", like myself.

I believe its wrong to use Gods name is vein. I try my hardest not too, but it sometimes slips out.

What about you?

 

I believe it's highly amusing.

For example, yelling "XENU!!!" at Scientology cult followers.

My mom yells at me if i say Jesus Christ, but doesn't care if i say god.

She is a failed christian.

 

Why would the creator of the colossal, majestic universe care what we say about him?

The only thing I could think of, is that we were taught that God was All Mighty. Due to the fact that he is all mighty, we show respect by not using his name for stupidity like "I swear to God my pure is better then your pure, BITCH"

I think what Shredder meant was why God even cared for our respect. He has the whole universe to himself so why would he care what one little insignificant dot would say about him.

 

I guess I don't feel bad but I don't say it a whole lot.
