Explain the service: I have ordered 1-99 firemaking and 1-80 agility on my hardcore ironman for $150.
I have paid the full amount upfront. Today 1-6-2020, Kash comes to me telling me that the hcim is banned and basicly saying it's not his problem cause he got a tos stating "We are not responsible for any bans". This all happend "During" the service. If you provide a service you are responsible for the account.

If staff needs more information please let me know.

Talked with a couple service providers and they all got to the same conclusion,

How does an HCIM gets banned for RWTing? or how did mine get banned if it had no wealth at all to drop over?
My service was being done by his worker using a flagged IP by jagex, and he got hit by the banhammer, I bet my account wasn't the only account he got banned


Yes, I did agree a TOS but it doesn't specify anything about RWT bans, only macro bans which is what I agreed for

What i would want is a full refund or remake of the account with a different worker, he would have to bond it.

 

Currently, I have 25+ active orders, unfortunately only your acc got banned.. Another service providers are also facing the same bans (RWT) on their ironman/hcim accounts , @Agile life can confirm about this..
