Passionluv owes me 1.7T SpawnPK.

I'm new to buying gold but have been a member for 5 years here. he was a recent forum post when I was looking. He claimed he has gave a mod money, and would use a MM but was trustworthy. I traded over 100M OSRS GP. I have all messages and can get the ones he deleted from a Discord source file. I had traded over to the account he stated. "Illicity" on OSRS and than claimed I hadn't. He obviously deleted the discord message in the chat. He CLEARLY says he can see the trade and that the person I traded it over to is in fact him, and I have provided a screen shot of the trade happening and accepted in the EXACT LOCATION he asked me to meet and trade it. I told him when I traded, when it was me, and that I traded and accepted. I either want my gold back, or my SPK gold. I'm willing to go as far as to get my RuneScape account banned and contact jagex for the trade history.

I'm gonna tell you the same thing I told you on discord.

We met up ingame on OSRS and you put up 100m on the trade screen then went on discord and asked to meet me ingame on Spawnpk, obviously I said no I wouldnt do it since its a safety issue for me and I wouldnt meet up ingame without being paid first, you didnt accept the trade and then sent me a message on discord saying you accepted trade and want your spawnpk gp and then proceeded to spam all my sythe threads with false accusations (which ive now gotten removed)

 

This is a lie. I traded, and accepted and you can see that in the pictures. I have ZERO gold on my account and traded it to an account you had said, than removed from the discord chat. I will get the logs from discord. I'm also willing to get my RuneScape account banned to get the trade logs and prove this. This is fucked up.

 

Mods can reach out to me on discord if any extra info is needed but I said all I've needed to say.

The images of the convo are right there, you posted it yourself. I confirmed I was in a trade screen with you with 100m put up and instead of accepting you simply asked to meet up ingame on SpawnPK without paying anything, that resulted in me saying no and us arguing and youve went crazy since, spamming my threads and my disc. Check the last image in his imgur link for the start of the convo, he didnt post it in order.

 

@sweatnsour Yes please include the pictures or post a video regarding the trade and delete it if it contains sensitive information.

In the screenshots you say this:



Now lets break it down.

• You direct the buyer to meet you on OSRS (w308 lumbridge teleport spot being the location)
• The buyer proceeds to go to the location and asks "who do I trade" and proceeds to say "traded... where do we meet on SPK?"
  
• You said you'll meet him when paid after he said he paid you the 100m (claiming that he didn't pay you), but you acknowledged 100m was in the trade screen

@Passionluv The buyer claimed he traded you and you acknowledged 100m was in the trade screen. This location is also a hotspot and that world is one of the most popular F2P worlds, so it wouldn't make sense for him to trade a random user and do this. How would he know to trade you if he didn't know your RSN? He literally asked for your RSN and you didn't mention anything that would indicate he's trading you but he followed up saying traded and you two proceeded with the conversation as normal and you acknowledged that 100m was in the trade screen, so you're clearly deleting evidence (your RSN/potentially other proof as well).

 

Mods feel free to add me on discord. I paid 100M then asked where to meet in SPK. You acknowledged it was you in the trade, and you can see that I accepted the trade. It is so clear in the convo I posted. I will get logs from Jagex if I have too. I already got the username you stated but deleted. I have the discord convo logs right now converting everything to .pngs and it will show the deleted username. You can also see that I had accepted the trade it is so obvious you scammed me just by the conversation I posted. You accepted the 100M and never gave me the 1.7T. Please reach out to me mods for more proof/all discord logs.

I'm waiting on the full discord logs with deleted messages to be converted I'm on slow wi-fi right now.

 

@King I do acknowledge he had 100m up in screen, that's literally what I said in both my posts, I hopped worlds there and he traded me instantly, I accept and he has 100m up on trade screen then goes back to discord to ask me to meet up on the RSPS, this is what I said above. At no point was any trade accepted past the first screen where he had 100m up then proceeded to try and get me to meet up with him on the RSPS

EDIT: I just read sweatnsour's response, he's claiming he has more proof/discord logs that he would like to show mods, if thats the case then please publically post them. There is nothing that hasnt already been shown, nothing to be hidden, you are simply lying. If you have anything to say you should say it right here

 

You told me a username, I traded and YOU ACCEPTED THE TRADE. There is proof already right there, and I will have more I have no problem posting publicly. I traded and accepted a trade with a username YOU stated and YOU deleted from the conversation before making up this lie. I'm out 100M OSRS and didn't get the 1.7T you promised. You are fucking lying through your teeth and I'll prove it.

 

@Passionluv The evidence is sufficient enough as is to show that you deleted chat logs from the trade to hide evidence as mentioned above. That's not being argued further. The only reason this report is still open is because I'm in the process of obtaining the proof that the picture/video proof that 100m went through to consider this a valid debt (unless you'd like to own up and make things right beforehand). If any proof is given to me in regards to that, then it will be posted here in public or in a deleted post for staff if it contains sensitive information.

You did accept, and I attached that image. I provided the mods and will continue to provide everything needed but the only reason you would delete chats (which is already well known and clear) is to remove the username inbetween in attempt to say you didn't get the trade. Which I in fact provided images and more than enough proof that I had purchased 100M minutes before I traded it over to you and you accepted.

 

I simply want my 1.7T SpawnPK or 100M back I purchased with my own $ today. If you own up to it I have no problem dropping it otherwise I will push this and get Jagex trade logs involved.

 

Bro stop lying already... It's over you deleted messages and mods stated that. IT'S CO CLEAR how can you even argue that?? You deleted the username of the person YOU TOLD ME TO TRADE, I TRADED, YOU ACCEPTED (I will get Jagex inolved I have no issue with that) and than deleted saying I didn't accept. EVEN THOUGH YOU CLEARLY SEE I DID and where it happened... Bullshit. I traded over the 100M and you accepted.

Great, thanks for your input. You've already been labeled as deleting messages and it is clear why, and how you took 100M from me. Why keep lying? You're now a non-market user "do not trade". It'll get worse, just own up and follow through with the transaction to SPK. I will literally drop it all. I provided everything needed and I have a good feeling about how it's going to go based on what I provided to the mods on Discord so I'm fine letting it play out but this can be over. You know what you fucking did and it's even obvious to the mods.

 

I'm not going to waste my time asking for replies seeing as @Passionluv made it clear from his replies so far that he did nothing wrong when it was clear what he was doing by deleting evidence when there was no reason to. Additional proof of the scam is in the deleted post above for staff to see as it contains sensitive screenshots. I've issued a 3 month ban + he will remain DNT'd (market-banned) until he refunds you and Request a Pardon. I'm sorry for your loss @sweatnsour.
