    PAYPAL Cancel and claim question

I have just received a payment of $100 USD and somebody told me if I haven't received an email about it then it hasn't been canceled and claimed. Is this true because in my paypal I have the status "Case Closed" with her leaving the message saying "I have received the item" and at the end it says "PayPal Note: Buyer confirmed that buyer and seller reached an amicable resolution on this Dispute and buyer closed the Dispute."

does this mean that they cannot get there money back and It's safe to give her the account?

    PAYPAL Cancel and claim question

I'm not sure why Paypal wouldn't send you an email. It may just be a setting that you have on your account, to not recieve messages pertaining to that. Have the person email you directly with HER PAYPAL EMAIL. Make sure it matches. Have it say that "I received __________ from Your email for "X amount of money". Or whatever the deal is. This will provide you with future proof in case she tries to claim the money back at a later date. Just make sure that she mentions that she bought virtual goods. Paypal has a seperate policy regarding it, so it is important that she mentions that.

I hope that helps and good luck with your trade.
