Ruany owes me $125 worth of gp

I would like a global or admin to please look into this report preferably one who is willing to discuss it or the very least not one who takes 3 days to waste my time asking the other person for proof but when they are unable too still make the same decision there were planning on making a day before. Would also prefer for Andy not to handle as he has been a global mod for less than a week.

Explanation of the trade: I sold him a mini rank for $125 worth of GP on April 18th. He had money issues so I refunded him the gp for the mini rank. We agreed he would pay me back me within a month. He simply has not paid me nor has any chat logs even mentioning he has paid me.

I don't understand how one can pay $125 without saying anything anywhere?

How can a vouch one which I did for 18th April be the basis of a decision I thought chat logs and proof take priority over heresay. Also why did King ask for proof of payment or evidence of payment if it is not valid because I didn't see any proof at all yet he asked for it maybe he just said it to make it look like he is doing something.

I can get this account tweeted right as it is mine? or he admits I don't have it and will refund me the $125 and 50m King and he thinks I paid for the account. I don't want the account I either want a full refund for the $125 and 50m or I want to get it banned as it is my account cause I paid for it .

 

I can record all convo if it makes life easier because apparently thats why my report was denied. I said if you need anything let me know. I am busy with my uni finals. Yet King asked me of proof of good will I provided and asked him for proof of payment second time which he didn't yet still closes report with what he said 2 days ago. I am pissed but I spoke to Video and Andy and have kind of accepted it but if it still can get looked at why not? I am only posting this now because someone on discord told me to so why not only takes 2 minutes to write up a message. Also can someone deal with this account recovery?
