Since my Report got cut off before i was finished gathering up more evidence that Baod has no intentions of changing

I do ask that a higher ranking staff takes control of this one, as its gonna get messy.

Very sly mr baod!! very naughty naughty!! more lies... I am not a fan of liars, as you can tell by now. i'm somewhat an honest man and tell it how it is.

What else do we have? more lies and deceit. you really thought 1 or 2 people could pull all these jobs off?
I've been watching how tickets are labeled for the past day. I noticed that they change the beginning of the ticket's name to a worker, presumably after someone has been assigned. Since 39th is in front of all of these, it would be assumed that he has all these tickets. There's no way one person can deal with this many tickets by himself or with a brother.
ALSO NO WAY YOU COULD HAVE MISSED ALL THIS BAOD.

All these jobs just for 39th? kind of suspicious that hes the leader of the vennies in your server hmm?

Now that i have received my transcript (still with no help from the managers)... lets get more stuff out the way.

You dont let them on accounts? you only have 8 other jobs going?



heres me having no agreement to tos. staff can request this transcript by the way, i dont keep it locked behind bars like baod.



also for you legit non deceitful service providers, this is how a staff member sees you, but protects the biggest outsourcer of them all.

Yet he cant remember what tos states Baod can outsource.

<- this TOS was copied directly from Baods server 5 seconds before messaging TY. So... if you dont remember, it must have been a completely different TOS or the one you remember never existed. makes you just as bad.

All this falls down to is competition trying to shut me down due to jealousy.

You was sent to my discord as a scout. & Dont like the fact i received a TWC.
I really am interested in why you'd randomly join & Try tarnish my reputation.

The question is. Who are you really? OR who's sent you.
But again you've pretty much just posted whats been stated already.
You've been pushed by other service providers due to competition as i say.

staff clearly made the decision together.
its down to them to handle this again if they think its fair to further punish me for my team working hard then that's what it will be. We wont get pushed out of doing what we enjoy & Work hard at..

ive used maybe 6 different service providers in the past, yours has been the worst.

Not only am I restating what was already listed, I'm providing different proof. Proof that further shows that there is no way you are not outsourcing these jobs. Through the BetterDiscord plugin, you can view all of the channels names and there's absolutely no way that 39th, or even his "brother", could keep up with all those jobs. Then you have a Sythe mod clearly stating that EVERYONE outsources, which is against Sythe standards. So instead of upholding the standards, like a Sythe mod should. He excuses the outsourcing and allows it because "everyone does it." Not the best reason to turn a blind eye, especially when all customers are being lied to about this service and "all other services".

 

This is all new never before seen information from inside baods servers. What i have shown shows that it not only goes back a couple days or weeks to maybe help an increase of orders, but atleast 3 months. he's already proven he wont change and will jsut keep a bigger lockdown on things so the truth doesnt pop out again.

Sure if it was just 39th doing it and baod has no idea, whole different story. He claimed in the last post he DOESNT outsource, but in the managers chat behind closed curtains, hes happy to talk about him outsourcing.

majority (if not all) of the people getting work on 39th tickets are being outsourced without their permission and would have no idea.


what i have provided is way more information, as this time its not only me but rather the greater community being involved.

I think you are just trying to ignore the facts and reality of what SHOULD be done to this service provider.




tl;dr
this isnt just a "oops he outsourced an order or 2 lets give him a twc so he doesnt do it again" - this goes into 100s of orders outsourced KNOWINGLY, yet hidden from clients.

 

I appreciate that this is new information but his twc is already in place for this offense. There wouldn't be additional punishment here
