Please note that Discord is case sensitive, therefore "Name#0000" and "name#000" are different profiles.

@aijazyb this is how you check someone's Discord Name and UNIQUE ID from your conversation (on a mobile device):

As you can see, you must enable a developer mode.

For Android users, go to User Settings > App Settings > Behavior and turn on Developer Mode. For iOS you’ll head to User Settings > Appearance > Advanced and turn on Developer Mode.

It's very important that you always check user's unique ID, as impostor's discord name can be very similar and don't be shy to request a confirmation PM on sythe.
Unfortunately you traded with qbd#0555 (lowercase), instead of QBD#0555 (all caps).
