Baod services - dishonest workers

Just want to start off by saying that they are not assisting in providing me a ticket transcript after multiple requests. - i do have a decent copy paste that the staff can request for

and also they have refunded me hassle free, but that was never the issue. the issue as i stated to them was that i agreed with 39th, on 2-300k xp/day, 50$ per 1.5m xp gained, i never agreed to him allowing another worker to finish the service faster, had i been aware he works with his brother, i would never have continued.

on 28/5 (au time) i joined baod service for a request of 83-99 runecrafting. here they tell me 39th (the highest ranking staff besides baod) would work on it himself which i agree to. (deep blue is manager of workers, 39th was considered a worker during this service.)


39th tells me he will be getting 2-300k exp/day MAX with immaculate clicks which i agree to.


I check CML a day later and i see this! - i assume either a bot or sharing with another worker
750k in 21hours! anyone who does services knows that to do this would need to not eat sleep or poop for 20hours straight.

so i bring it up with the staff in ticket, Only person to respond (in ticket) is baod with

---- they did in fact refund me, but again thats not the point of report.

here the account gains XP whilst 39th is offline, presumably asleep as he stated brother pulled an all nighter on account.

here 39th ADMITS to his brother playing on account -

39th saying his brother is another worker in discord - again i never agreed to anyone but 39th working on the account.

Other misc points;
they never told me my tos in ticket, apparently i am automatically agreed to it when i create a ticket? dont think thats allowed from what ive seen in other reports.



I only ever received one proggy pic, 39th claims there’s too many pics in his folder. Yea ok.

not sure whats to be gained from this report, but its not the first time any of this has occured for mr baod.

you miss the point. its the fact they're sharing my (and most likely others, since he has 8 current jobs) account info with people i dont agree to. if it was just 39th getting 700k/day, perfect, but it wasnt.

please dont post again.

 

Sure is a first to see a complaint about exp gains, considering no harm done to the account, no bans, no locks, no ruined stats,
No wealth taken.

The job has not been outsourced
The work was carried out within the discord with my highest staff.


Yes im liable for my staff & if we was to get any issues i cover the damage. ( none has been done)

From what i see, 39ths mentions his brother helped him with xp gains, although his stated his brother works for us within the discord.. Who i deem most trustworthy.

We see your point of view, we don't out source jobs for a start, its all done within our ToS & Discord, or even very rarely allow multiple different workers on at once, as that could potentially trigger a locked account.


Seeing as 39th and his brother live together, share the same IP, They clearly thought they would set some nice gains on the first day to impress the customer,

As the customer had deadlines for the xp to be done within.

39th & his brother wanted to push a good head start. covering around 700k in just under 24 hours.
Meaning 39th would only have to gain around 200k a day to achieve the goal of 1.5m ( He dont work sundays )

700k - 200k - 200k - 200k - 200k - Around 5/6 days work.


I came into the ticket & see a customers not happy, so as stated, sorted a hassle free refund. We're not here to harm or make the customers live's difficult.


I also see you mention this is not the first time of this kind, (it sure is the first of the kind) Yes we've had other reports on our name, that's been resolved, reports and mistakes are bound to happen running a service. We have always done what we can to fix any issues.


I've said my bit, & Our vouch's show the amount of hard work we put into everything.

your TOS (screenshot taken lastnight before bed at 10:22pm) has a funny way of saying you allow multiple workers on an account without approval!

they thought wrong, as i clearly told 39th i wanted HIM to do it.. as i was paranoid about other workers working on my account, which he completely disregarded. This does not keep people safe and happy, in fact it does the opposite! mindblown!

My deadline was more than reasonable, he quoted 2-300k xp/day we both agreed on this, i didnt agree to 800k one day, 200k (the minimum exp) the next 4

The deadline was 7 weeks for 99 which was roughly 10m xp give or take a couple 100k


heres some quick mafs, that averages to 285,714xp/day if he worked 5 days a week, you already mentioned he doesnt work sundays, so the daily exp is less. 238k to be exact, that falls into his range of exp he quoted. No excuse for an external helper.

1) Why is your worker using surfshark
2) Is there actual proof of him having a brother, because there is validation he doesn't have
3) Why are you hiring vennes in a private discord if you're not outsourcing
4) Explain how you can reach such EXP in 1 day without outsource and on 15 FPS
5) How can you get 758K EXP in 1 day with 7-8 other orders going
