Explanation of the trade: contacted him for a youtube intro (osrs pure clan). Paid 100$ (btc), gave him all relevant information about the clan, and he delivered poor quality of work. Guy just scrapes something together with no passion and effort. 1st intro he literally puts a wizard when clearly our mascot is a shark. 2nd intro 1 on 1 copied rage's intro ( our clan rival ). Didn't provided with any moodboard, some type of process towards the final product and didn't provide with a choice of fonts before finalising the product. Basically 2 intros i am not going to use and -100$

How they scammed: poor quality of work, products i wont be using and no refund.

Thank you for posting this report.

So, first you requested an intro similar to Rage's. I provided you with an intro and you state that it looked too much like your old intro which it doesn't.

I should have left it at that but I did not want to be a d*ck, so I created an intro similar to Rage's which you originally asked for. This wasn't good either apparently. Now you asked me to change font again because the one I chose did not suit your taste. BUT, I told you before that it would count as a revision. You also told me to choose font although I gave you the opportunity to have some influence. Any way, I asked for $10 to do this because revisions cost (and I was very clear with this) which you refused to pay because you are extremely butthurt.

As far as I am concerned, I have delivered the product(s) that was paid for. There was no scam in this. You are still welcome to purchase a font change.

i would expect from a 'graphic designer' to come up with some type of process towards the final product and a choice of fonts BEFORE you made the first intro, not AFTER.

You clearly did NOT inform me about any tos BEFORE payment, you even mentioned in ur thread '' Design is not considered done until you're 100% satisfied! ''. Yea right, where is the revisions + fee you mentioned about (on discord ) AFTER paying you?

No it wasn't good, because you literally mimic their whole intro with the visual and sound effects.

Overall you completely failed delivering a product that's atleast worth the payment money.
There are even people giving me a review about this whole situation.

Overall i am not going to use the intro's and down -100$. Seems like he didn't put any effort, innovation in his final product, as a customer you would expect this from a 'Graphic Designer'.

 

I put in effort and my final product was innovativ. What other people say about the situation couldn't bother me less. It is not the first time I've handled reports like this and not the last.

The topic is still there so it is still active, if you dont stand behind that topic, you could of deleted it?

What does a trade from 2 months ago have anything to do with this particular order. You are trying to compare 2 whole different orders with eachother. I AM TALKING ABOUT THIS ORDER, NOT SOMETHING 2,6,8,12 MONTHS AGO.

So? if that's his opinion so be it. Basically you are admitting that you weren't capable to accept this order, but yet you did?

You can tag me with any words you want to, don't really bother me.

All i am seeing is you trying to bring all these non-related stuff. Try to focus on this exact order here
