To an extent, yes. There are certain jokes I'd only tell in a select company.

 

Yes, as long as everyone in the conversation is being made fun of. I believe the jokes are more funny then they are harmful.

I think a joke is meant to be funny. some people take jokes way to seriously. most jokes arent meant to be racist but then again some people take things way to offensively. theres racist jokes against all nationalitys

Ived noticed.... sometimes that I like to laugh at jokes about other races but when it comes to my race.. I dont find it funny

 

I laugh, but I don't think they need to be taken seriously.
