What makes a "rare" name? and would " Dumb are you" be a rare name cause i saw a dude with that name

 

I'll say all 1/2/3 letter names with no space is rare, and common dictionary names would consider rare too, if its common and game related like, Magic, Merchant etc it would be worth alot more.

 

It depends, cirtian phrases and words are rare, 1-3 letter names are rare, multi-spaced names are also rare.

In my opinion, no it's not rare...
