Quick Question

I have a great luring idea, but it will be foiled if you can use fairy rings when you are teleblocked.

My question, dear gentlemen, is if you can still use fairy rings if you are teleblocked.

 

I'll have an answer for you in 2hours. My current guess is no you cant use them. But im not sure. Also if your getting attacked your probably couldn't keep the window open long enough to teleport. And who carry's a dramen staff around with them?
