I know how to report a scammer that was made so he don't scam anyone else.

Explanation of the trade: 18th April Bram approached me to buy Lugia and I agreed to sell to him eventually for $125 as I knew I could sell HO-OH for $125 and basically get $250 for the set. He agreed to pay me in osrs gp. 23rd April he says he wants to sell back me being the kind hearted person I am I agreed to buying back for $105 as I believe in fair dealings. I asked him why the sudden change in mind he said he had cash flow issues but would want it back in the future. I said I can take it back and he pay me $125 in a month as a favour. So I have all the sythe pms. So time goes on I am busy with my studies he always pm's me and I try be nice. I sell all my minis apart from Lugia and tell him im selling it and he begs me not to and he will even pay $150 he just has cash flow issues. Anyways time goes on he keeps asking me for it so I say fine take it but don't sell it or dice and we will discuss price later. Note at this point I had been offered $500 for Lugia and HO-OH but I didn't accept cause I don't take advantage of newcomers but I had other offers as well for around $150 and thats not even me trying as I promised this guy I would give it to him. This guy would constantly give me sob stories like buy my acc for 50m etc etc give me 20m etc. So I bought his account for 50m which I still haven't logged in he took 20m loan 15m for nitro so I said ill give 15m and we even. Today I find out he has diced Lugia to Poat

I had loaned him 20m before 15m for nitro and 15m I paid him for acc 50m total

• Golduck sells Ruany minirank for $125
• Ruany wants to sell it back to Golduck, and he does for $105
• Ruany eventually wants to buy it back
• Both Ruany/Golduck agree to a payment plan/Ruany receives the minirank
• Resolution is handled through a different payment plan (15M + Discord Nitro)

Yes sorry @King it was 3A.M when I made this report. I did sell him Lugia that was on 18th April. He paid me in osrs gp. He didn't have the money so I bought it back but did him a favour and put buy a back clause. At this point I was selling all my Pokemon minis and he kept asking me to sell mine as he wanted to have a name change to Lugia and used to constantly message me nearly every day telling me sob stories. I told him he was overpaying for it and it was not worth it to him but he seemed adamant he wanted it so I didn't think he would dice or sell it. I sent him Lugia without payment because of this as I still had a sythe pm saying he would pay back and thought that would be enough evidence if a scam did occur. He then asked me 100M for an account just 100m to pay venezuleans for fake invites into amy discord which I didn't want eventually he just wanted 50m which I agreed to pay only cause he always to cry what a broke bitch he is and that his invites were cancelled and he needed money etc. He himself asks for 100m why would I give him a minirank which I have been offered $100+ and 50m?. The 50m figure was arrive at because he asked for a 20m loan, 15m for discord nitro and 15m in general. No where did he pay me back for the Lugia minirank. I left a vouch containing everything I did with him because I forgot I already vocuhed him there is 10+ people I have done business with and not left vouches simply because I am really busy. I know it was stupid off me to send without payment but he seemed like a nice person and I didn't chase him up exactly after a month because I was busy, knew he was a broke bitch there are a few people who owe me money even right now but I am not collecting as I am busy and people pming to buy my stuff but again I am busy all of which I can show proof for.

 

Also funny he says account has been sold to him when I can't even get log in anymore I trusted this kid way too much when a mod gets on feel free to @Golduck me on discord and I am willing to screenshare everything just want this fool banned already

 

@Golduck To put it nicely you're just rambling a lot here, and it's making this very difficult. Please try to format what you're saying better and include proof of each claim you're making.

 

I don't understand what your not getting about this report maybe I am brain-dead with all the work I am doing. I will make this very simple with proof.

He sold me an account for 50M which I don't have access to anymore.

When he posts the screenshot of me saying even that is for 50m purchase of the account not including payment of Lugia.

Amount Scammed: $125 in 07 GP and 50M for the account which I don't have access to now. I told you message me on discord if you need anything.

 

@Ruany Can you provide proof that you paid for the minirank the 2nd time around?

 

This is being handled, just cba talking to nonce's like golduck and his yes-man, only able to flame/insult/harrass/lie

 

This report is a huge mess and the same argument has been circled around for the past few days. It's difficult to determine if there is a debt here because you guys weren't clear with any terms and the conversation where Golduck claimed everything was good after Ruany asked and you two proceeding to vouch for everything after indicates that trades successfully occurred with the time-stamps showing that it was over a month after the original proposition was made. Next time you both need to be more clear with the specific trade/terms so this doesn't occur again. Going to close this/mark it resolved as the debt is invalid. I've messaged Ruany to help you regarding your claim that the account is locked. If you believe he recovered, then please make a separate scam report with proof that backs up this claim.
