In my school if you get a no, you wait until the next teacher comes in.

Thats lame, I had a teacher once who would never let me go but mostly everyone else, so once I really had to go and just left. Only got saterday school though.

if u have an emergency (lol) just go to the bathroom without permission.. i have never had an emergency (lol) but if i were peeing my ass off i would get out of classroom without permission i mean.. the teacher is gonna suspend u anyways lol

 

dude this kid at my school asked to go to the bathroom and the teacher said no so he just grabbed the trash can and shit in it and got suspended for 2 weeks, and im not eve kidding around the kid was even like no i dont think you understand i really have to go so he just shit in a trash can lmao

The first time she would have said no to me, I would have been pissed.
Second time, probably throw something at her.
But the third time? I would have probably just took a piss ON her, and if she was being a bitch, probably rip her nipples off and eat it on a pizza.
But for real, thats a load of shit. Pressing charges would only further the extent of this whole enigma. Just transfer out of the school if anything.

Anyway, this really is ridiculous. What harm is saying "yes" going to do? I don't suggest taking this to court, but I have a feeling you wouldn't lose.

 

Why do you say that? I'm pretty sure he will most certainly lose by the school administration saying he was "disrupting the classroom". Schools can do whatever they want if it "disrupts a child's learning environment".

The best thing is, if you have good parents, they will believe you and when you tell them the truth, e.g. this problem, they will think its ridiculous too, so you can talk shit to your teachers and ur parents won't have a problem.

what my dad told me when i get alot of shit because of stupid things is, you can't fight them, because they have all the power in their hands, so they can do whatever they want, so just accept it.

so now when i get in shit, im just like "yea, i did that, and i also did that, what are you going to do?"

all you get is a suspension and pretty much saying fuck you, add sarcasm to whatever you say and it pisses them off.

I was late 2 minutes to a class, first time late ever, absolutely no warning, and i got suspended, stupid fuckin teacher so i was like whatever, thats why im going to a private school this year

At least I can go to the washroom under my own rights now.

You as a citizen, have the rights to go to the washroom in a public place ( not outdoors ) if you have to, they can't deny you. You really should take legal action against it.

Maybe just piss your pants in the classroom, and be like what now, thats what you get.

 

The teacher wouldn't let me go to the toilet once.
So i got a bottle of water and wet the front of my pants, i made the sure people in the class saw me do it but not the teacher, made a big deal about me wetting myself etc.
The teacher had to take leave or got suspended from dutie or whatever for 2 weeks, haha cause i had to suffer through social trauma and blah blah.

This is a complete discrase! I would take this further. Letting a Girl go and not a boy is Sexist. I wouldn't stand for it. I would've just walked out of the room, and told whoever she sent you to and just say "i had to go, she wouldn't let me, what do you want me to do"

Do you regularly act up in class and mess around?If so then that is probably the reason. If you make the teachers angry they will make life hard for you.
