Explain the service:
Making avatar for $15. Made a quick avatar and didn't do what I asked for. Spent almost a month due to his "internet" where he couldn't work, but he's been bumping his thread during that period. I've been more than patient enough. I know it's only $15 but around 3 weeks for 1 avatar... c'mon. Just outsource the work to indians on fiverr if you're gonna spend that much time.

I'd let a mod screenshare the chat if possible because I cba spending anymore time on this report.

You paid for an avatar. I made you an avatar. You wanted changes. I gave you changes. You wanted another change which was something I can't do and I said I could try, turns out I can't do it. Then you changed your name and wanted name changes on it. Bro. You can't change your name weeks later then want it updated for that name, no shit I'm going to ask for $ when I have to go back and literally make changes from the start since I did the text first before any colour/animation.

There was never one. After I made the first avatar, I said I could try do the flame effect he wanted extra when i had my PC back after 2 weeks. Time frames were never set for anything

 

No timeframe. The effects weren't extra. It was what I asked in the first place and wasn't done. Effects that are supposed to move/outline the object or character seen from the t1no examples I sent.

Oh and to add on, the avatar was done before I had no internet. He wanted me to try and do these outline effects which inevitably I couldn’t do. Then when these effects were processing, he also asked for the name change.
