Customer claiming bank cleaning after 2 weeks

Explanation of the trade: We finished a service for him, 2 weeks later said user came to Discord saying his bank was cleaned because he didn't change password, now he's threatening us to fill a dispute on paypal to get our account blocked and ruin our reputation.



After a long discussion I did show him pictures of my TOS, on all my threads and website to let him know that he has the obligation of changing his password after a service is completed, and that I'm held responsible for anything that happens only during a service, not after.
