Explain the service: Faustinio's (worker) was levelling 2 accounts for me. My pure from 1-65 Construction and my main account from what it was at to get the levels to finish Lunar Diplomacy and beforequests, and Desert Treasure.
Amount scammed: I paid 91.M & 13M. Both of my accounts are now BANNED.

Service was completed, however, unwanted agility was trained, leaving both of my accounts banned for macroing major.

I do want to put it out there that Faustinio's other worker , if it was a different one, provided every screenshot for 1-65 Construction, however, screenshots for 32-36 agility are missing. I did NOT ask for 32-36 agility and even though screenshots show by him are showing that I only had 32 - Where are the other 4 agility levels? I understand that Faustinio defended his worker, but I've been stiffed up here, as both of my accounts are now PERM banned.

I'd also like to state that when I was on my pure pking before I asked for the contstruction, I saw my main account online for more than a day.


Before we move on this : I'd like to trust @Faustinio and see if Jagex unbans the accounts; Requests for it have been made early this morning.

 

I'd also like to add that I don't feel like I'm owed a refund for the account(his TOS state he's not refundable for bans during and after service) But since the agility wasn't a part of the service, I feel like I'm atleast owed the worker's deposit.

 

Hi there again, we did discuss this on discord already, but let's do this here once again. Can you show me a screenshot of you having any of 33-36 agility levels? probably not, because there was no request to get 32-36, so the guy stopped at agility level 32. We provided all the screenshots, all the progress showing that only level 32 agility was gained during the process. Other than that, we showed you every tiny detail of us using runelite and getting levels/quests legitimately with no bots used. You kept on logging in to the account mid-service even though, it was against our terms of service. So you most likely got banned for consistently logging in to the account from a different ip without our permission.

You did not even say that what I was saying wasn't true, you didn't say I logged in multiple times after I denied it. I logged in once-And it was because I had purchased gold.
If it was an IP ban; Macroing Major would NOT be the reason I was banned.
The only thing I hear you saying is I have an IP ban, but then it would be something completely different on that ban sheet.
And exactly, I can't show you screenshots of getting 33-36 agility because I . DIDN'T . DO . IT.
And since my account is my permanently banned, both you and I know very well I can't go back to hiscores because there is no proof of my account ever even existing now.

 

Also, a kind person asked me which quests were completed, or asked to complete;

 

We do not know how many times you logged in, but we noticed that you moved your gold and your character randomly appeared in duel arena without our permission, so we already warned you, we could've terminated this service already because you broke one of the rules. Why you keep on saying that we got 36 agility, if that is totally untrue and there is no evidence, hope you get your account back after a successful appeal and see that by yourself. We provided every screenshot of runelite that you requested and showed all the levels you requested. Everything was hand trained and we provided so much evidence, every bit of detail. The reason of why we have such rule to not take any responsibility if you get banned during or after there service is because we are able to provide all runelite/osbuddy screenshots and there are many occasions when your account can get banned + there is already bunch of evidence online, for example: Macroing ban - False Positive. I honestly do not want to blame the worker, because he already provided every bit of information and is ready to provide more on your request. Yes, i did ask you to provide screenshots of completed quests and current skills, so we know what you are missing, so do not know what is wrong about.

 

Well, I logged in and saw 36 agility and my account in Lumbridge.
I have me saying to friends on facebook that I got 4 levels for free, but as facebook is easily faked, I won't even try to use them as proof.
Fact is, you levelled 4 unwanted levels, that + my account banned, its an easy answer for me.
It's not that you didn't complete the service; You did stuff on my account I did not ask for.

 

The last quest completed was Desert Treasure after all sub-quests completed, right? We even provided you a screenshot of skill stats at the end of this final quest and you clearly saw that your account has 32 agility. The only reason I image you think that you have level 36 agility is that the worker was using summer pies, his reply to this:

After he completed this quest and whole order, he sent me a screenshot and immediately said that he finished this order, I re-sent this to you and said the same thing. I don't understand why he would go and level up agility after finishing your order, seems like no sense. Even if he did, what would those 4 levels change? but pretty sure he didn't and it was just summer pie effect as he said.

 

@Moderators, my account has NOT been granted a pardon, as they said someone DID bot and that it was not account sharing that got my account banned.
Would really like to see what you think of it, as Faustinio and I have been unable to resolve this matter, and I do think he's or his worker is to blame. His TOS state that he is not responsible for any bans, but they also don't state his workers are free to bot whichever skills they want that are not asked for. Therefore, I don't wish a fee worth the value of that account/those accounts (A max main and a good pure which I recently bought for 80$ BTC), but I wish the worker's deposit in return for my loss-and unwanted training.

 

Not sure what to add, but we proved you already that there was no unwanted training for 32-36 agility and worker stopped at 32 agility, he said that he was using summer pies as it is recommended for the last part of this FINAL quest where the worker also made a screenshot of skill stats. Service was completed on May 25th and you got banned on 27th, so no one knows what could have happened during that time period of 2 days, let's also not mention that you bought those both accounts as a 1 package from the person and it could have been a delayed ban. Each different worker was working on 2 of your accounts and was able to provide every runelite screenshot you asked, EVERY. I am not going and blame every worker now because they are also humans and have as many rights as customers do.

 

I'm not sure whether you're lying on purpose or not; But the service was completed on May 27th around midnight, and I was banned 11 hours later. I don't know why if you did nothing wrong you feel the need to pretend like you completed the service 2 days before the ban.

There is no lie, order for 1 account was finished on 25th of May. You got all runelite screenshots, everything that you requested and i believe it has to do something with your home ip or this is a mistake done by jagex. You SHOULD NEVER LOGIN when we are working on the order, because this is against our TOS and you could be one of the reasons why your accounts got banned.

 

I am not talking about the pure, as that one probably got chainbanned as a result imo.
The main account was completed on May 27th and got banned 10 hours later.
We will need moderators to solve this

 

Not sure what else to say to you, don't think that workers should be penalized, keep in mind, 2 DIFFERENT WORKERS were working to complete your 2 DIFFERENT ORDERS ON YOUR DIFFERENT ACCOUNTS, both provided your wanted screenshots and all the information you wanted to know, the only thing that was associated with those accounts is your HOME IP and that you bought those accounts from some random guy as a package. Im done here, workers shouldn't lose money working their job legitimately... You broke our TOS and were disturbing us during the process.

-The only bought account was the pure from @Tryandor for 80$ BTC, and he bought it from @RuneMetrix .
-Disturbing you during the process? -An account is completed when the stats or quests are done; If you're incapable of telling me immediately when that happens and I happen to check hiscores and see its done; Yes I will log in, and it is my right as the service is terminated as soon as the stats or quests are achieved. Not sure what else I did except ask for INFORMATION which I barely received until I start asking for it repetitively - Which once again, I'm in my right for.
-My home IP 100% is what connected those accounts, I never said that they didn't, but I didn't bot on it and my account was banned for BOTTING. Not account hijacking. I'm once again not sure why you're so stuck on that.

 

Not sure where you got those accounts from and this is not what interests me, but we informed you with all the progress you asked and why I didn't tell you the progress the second you asked is because I had to ask the worker myself, there is a reason why we have TOS and this is for your own account SAFETY. You should have asked for my permission instead of logging in and breaking the rules, you are not different and we all follow the SAME RULES! I was responsive all the time, but you never thought of an idea that you could've messaged me and asked for permission. Other than that, we were able to fulfill all of your requests and provide all proof of using runelite, there is no botting involved and everything was hand trained. You understand that yourself, but you are still trying to milk those workers.

 

Also, i will add that you logged in not only at the end, but also mid-service and broke the same rule multiple times consistantly. You did not inform me even after i told you to.

Not sure what is suspect here, I am talking from my honesty and this guy got every single skill level screenshot provided, you guys friends or?

 

Everything that I said is accurate and there is no misleading information, while fifa is lying while saying that he logged in only once and we got him 36 agility. Everything is hand trained and workers have shown all the proof, by the way, your speech is dry and without any arguments, please don't speak dry.
