Sythe Uptime

In the last few months Sythe.org has had some serious down time which gets on my nerves from time to time. I thought better servers were being bought to prevent this?

With all the extra money from the MMPORG donations I thought it would be done by now.

Just my two cents.

 

Well it mainly goes down for you're protection, DDOS'ers hit the site hard, so it has to go down (At least what someone told me)

 

I wish something would be done at the very least. I hate when it goes down for 24 hours at a time.

 

Yes, but as long as there's hateful people towards sythe, nothing can be really done...

 

There is not much we can really do.... Kinda just have to deal with it, or we need to donate a lot of money and ask for better servers... :/... But sythe is on very good servers already.

It would be simply awful if we did anything to cut into Richard's profits.

 

you should get a girlfriend and stop crying when sythe goes down...

sythe isnt or shoudnt be our life... so if its down... you CAN use that time with your friends.....( if you dont have one try talking to the guy who kwylogged you at the library )

For me personally, Sythe has been up a lot this past week. Perhaps they've done something?

 

Doesn't mind me, some people it might more, but common... I can deal with it, there are other things to do.

Not sure why though

 

I completely agree with this thread. IT really annoys me when in the middle of a deal when me and the seller are trying to verify each other on sythe via pms sythe goes down >_< .

 

Better servers aren't going to help. It's DDoS attacks for gods sake.

 

There's other things than Sythe in life you know.
