    i was just woundering if a level 3 with 9/9 hp was rare and worth anything, if so whats it worth

    Yes they are rare. And I think they are worth a mill or so. Do you own one?

    i dont think there are any account with 9/9 hitpoints.......like i think when u start u get 10/10 health

    They are rare when rsc was out you staretd with 9 hp.
