My recent ban, and now IP ban?! Please help!

Hi Administrators/Moderators of Sythe. My sythe username is "Liam_" and I have been a member here for six or seven months. I was recently perm banned for "Ban Evading." I understand the ban, but I don't understand how I could be banned for that If I only have ONE Sythe account and I'm pretty sure I've never made another. Next thing I know, I ask a Moderator to allow my dispute post and I'm IP banned. (It contained no flame what-so-ever.)

Reasons why I think I may have the same IPs as other member(s) that are banned or IP banned.

1. My mobile. I use my Tmobile Sidekick ID on Sythe a lot, and I'm IP banned on it. Maybe another user uses the same services and it shows the same IP address as mine? And maybe it changes when I'm in different areas. IDK.

I don't know why I'm banned, please help me out. I've added a lot of Moderators on msn and asked nicely some for help, and they all either said "idk" or "if I'm not getting paid I can't help you."
