    trauma memories have kept me awake for 2 days.

    i cant sleep. im so dreadfully tired, but i cant sleep. i try to lay in bed.. i cant even cry anymore.

    its civilian trauma. im a CSA survivor.

    im not suicidal, i just need to get this out there because i have no one to talk to in RL.


    this song is on repeat in my mind.

    Try to look into meditation and mindfulness activities that help make you aware of what is in your head. I think without professional help that is your best advice to take. You need to be able to analyze your thoughts and suppress the ones that make you unable to sleep. To add, don't eat for at least 2 hours before bed, and don't look at screens for at least 30-60 mins. Just lay there and let your body do its thing.

    Sorry you’re going through this, it sounds very frustrating. I would try doing some exercise for 30-60 minutes everyday and see if that helps in addition to the suggestions above like mindful meditation. Try non medication therapies first and if none of these suggestions work, seek medical advice from a professional. Goodluck, you can do this.

    Honestly a change is needed. You need change your life style, the music you are listening too is not helping.. music is a massive to how someone feels try listening to some upbeat dance with no lyrica
