pls help me with quest

hello ive been following the priest in peril quest on rune hq and you need to open two gates in the temple but after i kill the monk i can only open the fist gate ad everyone else can open the second.>_<

And what do you mean you can't open them, I mean does it say something in your chatbox when you try opening the door or does it just not work?

 

has something to do with killing red monks upstairs in the temple
