    I saw this earlier on sythe and i was wondering how I can get my messenger to look like this?

    It looks more clean and more organized.

    but from what i think, is it vista?

    I'm actually not sure, but you might be able to find out on the website. Another place you could try posting this is the Help & Requests forum, you might get a better response there. That structure is more organized and overall nicer, good luck.
