99 cooking.. banned for hacking?

I do phish/hack, but this has nothing to do with my services, or sales on sythe.
I have never phished or hacked another member, so because of something I do outside of sythe I get banned?
That is like banning someone from A soccer forum because they play baseball.
I mean really, if it doesn't effect any members of sythe then why should It be a problem on sythe?
