Guide to Acutually getting something from pvp.

Intro.

Recently Person Vs Person worlds came out (pvp). It was a big deal for the first few days. But sadly many people did not give it a fair chance. Unhappy with the drops they stopped playing it. This guide will help you understand how you get drops and how to improve your chances of getting something nice so you can be a pimp.

Step 1. Build your chances.
Find a friend to do this with.
Each of your will need 25k (f2p) or 75k (P2p).
For mains use full armor and flowers.
For Pures Use Wind strike.
Basically your chances of getting good drops improve for every 30 minutes you spend in a danger zone and that increases even more if your in a hot zone or in the wilderness.
You don't need to do 30 minutes in one sitting you can do 10 minutes leave and do 10 more. The more time you spend in the wilderness risking the amount needed the better drops you will get.
Though every time you get a drop your chances of getting something good will go down.

Step 2. Finding an oppenent.
Your chances of getting a good drop also increases or decreases depending on your enemy's level. Try to find someone a few levels in either direction. Don't kill someone 10+ levels lower then you, chances are your drop will be terrible. For you to get a good drop your oppenent must be risking over 25k. the more they risk the better your drop.

Step 3. Bringing enough.
To have a good drop both you must be risking 25k+(f2p) or 75k+(p2p). The more wealth your carrying also increases your chance at a nice drop. Items you would keep on death DO NOT COUNT. Hence why 1 iteming is terrible. Make sure Your oppenent is risking enough. Don't kill 1 itemers people will LOL at you for failing.

Conclusion.
I don't care if this is obvious to you i have had many people ask me this and complain about it. I don't really care if your a pjer, a dbower, D clawer. If jagex didnt want it to be part of pvping they would take it out.

You could add good hotspots here, because I don't like doing nothing in wildy. I would suggest to do GE, to put "aggresive off" and alch something in GE's hotspot, so your potential will increase.
You can also add a list of items player can get. Like fury, and other good items.

you might wanna add pictures and space out the text at points it was hard to read.

 

Or you could get your melee stats higher and kill people like everyone else.

 

This isn't for doing the 25k trick. this is for getting better kills when ur pvping.

 

update for you:

jagex has said themselves that usingfun weapons such as flowers willmake it so you will not gain potential, but has said nothing about air strike

 

Nice guide but i still dont understand the new pvp system...never been there, explain what a hotspot is and that kind of stuff

 

Since jagex updated it and they made it so "fun weapons" don't raise potentional flowers no longer work


Solution? buying 5-10 sara brews. sara brews lower att and str. from 80 it took me 12 doses to get to 2 att and str (about 6 doses for mid 20's) you can know att you oponent hiting very little, and you def should be boosted . drink a dose of brew every few minutes and good to go

You're really dumb, they patched it so you can't use ''funny weapons'' but Air-strike is ok, but not flowers or any-like
