I don't get why people say they don't take paypal because of chargebacks when you can literally recover the account, its a security for buyers, that way both parties can feel safe, feels like a scam when they don't take paypal. Just saying.

 

I see your point.

But it's not valid for 2 reasons in this case:

1 - Once you give someone your account, sure the original owner always can recover the account. But so can the second owner as long as he has all the information necessary, and also if its a recovery battle about the account it will lead to permanent lock of the account, with the only thing remaining of a paypal chargeback, so the loser would only be the original owner in the long run.

2 - I can't use my PayPal no more. And don't want to make new one, i rather have a verified one, which i now can't.
On other hand i maybe can use someone elses Paypal who's close to me that can then pay me for it, if its something a buyer would like to do (paypal method)
