Match Finder?

I was looking into making a site that would host video game clan matches like gamebattles.com or ps3ladders.com I tried looking for how I could go about making a match finder but dont know what it would be called. What it does is basically show a list of game modes and rules time limit of a match you are wanting to play then you can accept one posted already or post your own match and when you accept or someone accepts your posted match It has a box where you can put in the scores and it give the win and lose to the teams.

If anyone knows what I could search under to find more info on how to make something like this for my website I would be very thankful.

 

You can check out vwar.de, it's a free open source script. But I am sure if you look there are better ones out there.
