Anyone have a tutorial on making a question mark?

Well, I'm not really good with using that entire line tool photoshop has. I would like to know if anyone has a tutorial or would like to help me in making a big question mark using photoshop. All the question marks I have googled are insufficient in its size. The curved part of the question marks in the ones from google are simply too small, too skinny to make a good enough spot for a collage.

I was going to put a pictures in the curved parts on the inside of the question mark for a project. If anyone want an idea of how I want it to look like, I could take a pic of my drawing and I can upload it so you guys can see it.
