In my opinion bro. The world elites, have structured this entire decade out to go as they desire.

The answers to your questions:

"Will it not stop and kill us all?" To an extent, until they have decided the population size is of their liking.

"Will it have its total end" Yes.

"Will it be another business for medicines" You bet it is. Once the population is crippled and down to their last hopes, they will release the cure. People will blindly pay anything for the cure. Meaning pharma companies back at it again with the stacking of wealth.
