Need a little help with combat lvl.

Well have a range pure currently 20 atk, 33 str, 41 hp, 1 def, 47 range, 1 pray & 38 mage.
Would I be able to get 40 atk with out going up a combat?

Um... Well yes.. Do quests, such as Waterfall, Fight arena etc. These are really easy and basic quests. Don't let fight arena put you off with the level 137, just mage/range it, there is a safe spot behind a skeleton.

you probably can. I recommend questing so you dont get hp exp.

jakemate, Go p2p? Easily done, buy a pin for 2m. I know you have a range tank, so you can easily

 

see if you will g up a level with a combat lvl calculator off like runehq.com or something

 

Only with quests or you won't be able to do it due to your Hp..
If you grown 4 hp levels you gain a combat level.

 

Skill a little bit and use Books of Knowledge and Genie Lamps on attack so you don't get hitpoints experience.
