banned for phishing

I got banned for saying "I phished" as in Phish(ed), im averry active user on sythe and i claim myself VERRY legit i've been using sythe for liek 3 months now and came from Rs2c wich is now totally screwed up, but i think my ban is UNFAIR and should be lifted as i didn't use sythe for phsihing or in any way, i just said "I phished" like wtf why am i banned for that?
I know you can't phsih on sythe but im sure alot of people still use phishers on sythe, i didn't try to sell anything or w/e, i even see people selling phished accounts, and i got banned for saying i was a phisher... wow.

Plenty of phishers have been banned from here. Why should you be the exception?

Isn't the rule if its kept off sythe, it shouldn't be a problem?
