The skill cape emote can be performed by going into the emotes interface, scrolling down to the bottom and clicking this button:

 

Pretty good i guess, but i'm sure by the time people have got 99 in a skill they're gonna be pretty experienced about it and know how to actually get the cape, and know what the emote looks like. Pretty useless, but thanks ..

 

great guide with tons of pictures of all the emotes but for the herblore cape you got a double of the fletching emote pic

 

i fixed it... and yeah it may be useless to some but to other it could be the perfect source. remember not everyone is smart

 

Unless enjoying seeing all emotes again, this guide is a bit useless since most people that aim to a 99 knows how to get the skillcape... Did you ever see someone work hard for months and then gets 99 and run around all the world because he doesn't know where to get the cape? Lol.
