Hello everyone, Im just making this thread so the members of Sythe can give me some advice and suggestions to making my account better.

CREATED JANUARY 1ST, 2008
Started the new year with a new account.

Everything is legitly trained except the Mining (I hate the skill.)



CURRENT GOALS:

60 Mining
60 Woodcutting + 60 Firemaking
60 Fishing + 60 Cooking
40 Smithing

DO NOT suggest raising Attack.
DO NOT suggest raising Defense.
DO NOT suggest Membership.

I will update the progress every few days or so.

 

First off, train your mining to level 60 to get into the mining guild.

Then get level 60 woodcutting, and then 62 fishing.

 

You and I both think the same...I was gonna bot Mining over night on Essence for 60, then start Woodcutting + Firemaking both to 60, then Fishing to 65-70. Would make some decent money I think...

 

I'd also say get 55 mage for high alch. It's good for general training, or when you get a good drop and want to alch it.

 

i thing u should get ur strength to 60 and start range 2hing in bh

 

The alching idea is good, but I'll need to make some more money if I wanna do Magic and still be at a comfortable level.

Not a big fan of BH and PvP, but I'll be training Strength from 55-70 next weekend.

 

Are you going to keep your prayer level at 31?

Lol, Willows aren't edited, although it does look like it with the thick '9'. I took this picture while running RSBot, and sometimes it slightly disfigures parts of the image, but I assure you nothing is edited.

 

I would suggest raising all the stats to 60. Setting small targets that are simple to achieve makes levelling seem so much faster, and before you know it you have built a reasonably good account. Do not bot until you're a member, as non-member macroing is pretty much always an instant ban. My last point which i can't stress enough to anyone is to use your time wisely. There is no point standing in a bank for 3 hours (Unless it's a bank related skill.).

Yeah, I never stand around at all, you make a good point. I'm always doing something whether it be Smithing or Cooking, or buying things for skills, but I try to fish my own food for cooking and be self-sufficient to make myself a lot more money. Small goals are always more fun as well, I don't get bored and I don't wear out the skill making all my others look like shit.

Get 43 pray, stop after that for a while, not needed really after that.
Get smithing up, cash is made easily after that.

 

Yeah, I won't go past 43 Prayer, and I'm making money for it right now. Smithing is gonna be trained with Steel Bars, decent profit with little work.

I'd say buy 35-50 smithing then obtain 50-60 smithing by making steel bars. It's a slow process but it pays off.
