Bought 07 Gold never received gold or refund from RSGOLDFAST.COM

Purchased 100m from RSGOLDFAST.COM and even though the Listing posted No ID required; they asked for a picture ID, I requested a refund and they informed me that they would provide a refund within 12 hours, it has been 20 days since then and no refund. Paypal has denied my claim; This is a SCAM.

This is your third time delaying a refund by up to three weeks; you were already TWC'd for this very reason late January. Why does it take three weeks for something that your site claims will take 24 hours?

 

Im sorry, sir, its hard to hire workers due to COVID-19 reason, we always lack workers here, but sales are always being raised, Runescape is just one of business games here, we have around a bunch of sales for 7-9 games simialr as Runescape. So occasionally miss refund and dispute of some orders. Sincerely apologize.
