Buying an Amazing 135+ account. Spending 1000$+

Well I've been rather annoyed at searching through thread, after thread, after thread to find the ideal account for me.
So I decided to make a forum to buy one .
First off if your scammer good luck scamming me. You'll need it.
Anyway, on to the main topic.
Account requirements.
The Prefered requirements for the account are as follows:
99 Attack
99 Strength
99 Defense
99 HP
99 Magic
99 Ranged
90+ Fishing (99 preferred)
90+ cooking (99 preferred)
90+ Prayer (99 preferred)
70+ summoning ( 90+ preferred)
70+ slayer ( 90+ preferred)
70+ RC ( 90+ preferred)
At least 5 99's besides the ones mentioned above.
All or almost all stats must be 60+
At least 2000 total level.
The more high stats the more i'll pay.

If you don't meet every requirement feel free to post your offer, Im not expecting the perfect account.

If your wondering "Whats the highest he will pay for account?" The answer is over 1000$.

I do not care how much money is on the account Im mainly after stats, however I will still buy a high stat account with lots of mills on it.

I know account prices don't try to over price yours.

I will not go first under any circumstances what so ever.
We will be using an OMM who I will hire once a deal has been decided.
Or if you would prefer to go first or I don't find the trade to be that high a price we can go without an OMM.

If your not the original owner of your account, it better be one damn good account if you expect me to buy it.
